I walk alongside you as you make sense of what's happening and rediscover your own inner steadiness.
Each session is guided by your needs, and I tailor my approach to suit you. Together, we'll create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and real — where you can explore feelings at your own pace, without judgment.
I specialise in neurodiversity-affirming therapy, trauma-sensitive support, and nature-based therapeutic work — with a particular interest in identity, belonging, self-regulation, and sensory-based approaches.

Walk-and-Talk Sessions: Gentle, reflective sessions in safe, natural outdoor spaces in the Mid & North Essex areas. Exact locations are shared privately once a session is booked to ensure safety for both you and me.
