Our work together is collaborative and at your pace. You won't be rushed or judged. Together we'll explore what feels right for you, uncovering what's beneath the surface and finding ways to bring more balance, understanding, and ease to your life.

What to Expect:

Before we begin: I will offer you a short, no-pressure chat to get to know each other and answer any questions.

Before your first session: You'll receive guidance on what to expect, any forms to complete, how sessions work, etc.

During sessions: Sessions are client-led and focused on you, and whatever you choose to bring. I use a gentle, person-centred approach, adapting to your needs in the moment. Each session is a confidential, supportive space where you can explore whatever you need.

After sessions: You'll have space to reflect on insights and discuss next steps in future sessions.
